Who we are?
TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. Who are we looking for?
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in both Civil and Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead position
- Experience with Feasibility, Concept, Feed, Basic and Detail phases
- Candidates need to be fluent in English (Dutch is a great plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset
What will you do?
- Supervision, planning, organization of the work
- Lead /coordinate a CSA design team; assign, monitor and manage the work
- Prepare schedules, estimates, and manpower forecasts and apply change-risk management
- Communicate and align with clients, vendors and other disciplines
- Supervise and act as a mentor for a group of junior and intermediate-level designers
- Work independently, controls/leads small teams
- Proactive reporting of project status and constraints to Project Management and Department Manager
