Job Details
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC MNC’s based in their India at corporate office in Noida. They are dealing in EPC / PMC oil and gas, petrochemical and fertilizer projects.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Legal Counsel with EPC projects.
Summary:
Candidate should be able to provide: full support to Legal Department in meeting requirements of internal clients, do contract analysis, government and regulatory compliance; litigation; claims management; corporate law; and labor and employment law; Contract Negotiations related to legal provisions, risk assessment & mitigation plan of Contracts; Reviews and interprets legal documents.
Job dimensions:
• Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating of contractual conditions and specifications of different scope of contracts in Infrastructure, Engineering / Oil & Gas tender document/s, various Joint Venture/ consortium agreements, MoUs and other related documents.
• Provides interpretation and analysis of contracts and other documents.
• Prepares standard terms for documents such as purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Manages and assists with litigations, charges, claims, employment and labour related matters as necessary individually and with outside legal counsel.
• Company Secretarial Support to Company Secretary for compliances under Companies Act, 2013 for Public Ltd. Company & other Statutory Requirements.
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance laws related to EPC projects.
• Provides Support on miscellaneous legal issues as may be brought to an in-house counsel
Essential Qualification & Experience:
• LLB with 5-8 relevant years of experience with MNC in Construction/ EPC/ Oil & Gas industry, additionally CS qualification would be good to have.
• Good English and drafting skills along with computer skills (xls and ppt etc.)
