Join a robust global leader in machinery installations as a Location/Branch Manager!
Purpose of role
• Our client is opening a location in Phoenix to support the growing demand for rigging and
equipment installation services. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can, with the support of the
US organization, establish and grow a successful business in Dallas Fort Worth. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the location.
Main responsibilities
• Position will have overall responsibility for the location, including but not limited to:
o Driving sales to establish sustainable relations with clients in the area
o Overseeing the successful management of projects executed by the location
o Establishing local installation crews to perform work
o Working in close collaboration with other locations to ensure we leverage the company’s
resources effectively
o Reporting on project performance regularly and to Company standard requirements, ensuring all potential opportunities, variations and risks are identified and reported on a timely basis.
Experience and qualifications required:
Essential
Experience in the rigging and equipment installation field. This experience should include
managing direct hire rigging and installation projects
• Experience quoting rigging and equipment installation work, including developing estimates
• Strong business acumen
• Educated to an advanced technical level in a relevant discipline and/or experience
• Strong commercial and project management skills, particularly: change management, negotiating, and planning
• Strong MS Office and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of current safety requirements and risk management processes
• Must be willing to travel to meet with clients and to visit jobsites on a regular basis.
