FUNCTION: LOSS PREVENTION LEAD (FIRE FIGHTER)
DISCIPLINE: HSE

"TRS is looking for a LOSS PREVENTION LEAD (FIRE FIGHTER) with active Fire protection design experience for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Power Plants, and Oil & Gas Plants for our international client’s Projects based in SAUDI ARABIA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Ensure the development of project activities for fire-fighting system. 
  • Knowledge of all firefighting system (Fire Pumps, Storage, distribution and deluge system, Sprinkler System, Clean Total Flooding System)    
  • Sizing of Fire water network, Fire water Storage Tank, Fire Water pump and Spray Deluge & Foam System
  • Knowledge of principles for Fire water system operation & commissioning
  • Knowledge of principle for Fire Fighting system Test (Fire Water Pump, Fire Water deluge system etc.)
  • Knowledge of International Standards for Fire Fighting as NFPA, API etc.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
  • Preparation Fire Fighting Design Basis.
  • Preparation of Fire Water Storage & Pumping system P&ID & PFD.
  • Preparation of Fire Water network P&ID / Foam System P&ID & Plot Plan.
  • Design of Deluge water Protection and / or Foam protection systems
  • Fire water and Foam requirement calculation notes.
  • Preparation of Fire Fighting System & equipment supply specification.
  • Preparation of Fire Fighting Vendor Technical Bid Evaluation
  • Fire Fighting Vendor Follow Up

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Accredited Degree / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Active Fire Protection design.
  • SOFTWARE: Sunrise System (I) Pvt. Ltd.      Pipe Net (Spray Sprinkler Module).
