"TRS has an International opportunity available for a Computer Numeric Control (CNC) MACHINE SETTER / OPERATOR to be based in IRELAND.”
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up machine tools to manufacture parts per drawings supplied.
- Become conversant with all CNC machine tools, control panels and programming parameters within the Company.
- Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures as required.
- Maintains safe operations by always adhering to safety procedures and regulations across Plant and wearing any necessary PPE.
- Produce machined parts operating CNC machines.
- Produce parts in accordance with Work Orders, verifying the parts against the drawing and any other appropriate specifications, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Follow appropriate instructions in the operation of the machine, and any part specific instructions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Tertiary Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience as Machine Setter / Operator.
- SINGLE STATUS REQUIREMENT.
