Maintenance Manager

TRS Staffing Solutions is urgently looking for your expertise as a Maintenance Manager to join a team of construction and engineering professionals on major HVAC and Electrical newly developed and refurbishment of commercial projects in Africa.

Key attributes:
Contractors and contract management
Facilities and maintenance management
Inspection and safety monitoring
Site assessment and reporting

Education and experience
N/Diploma / N6 or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical
Health and Safety management courses advantageous
Min of 10 – 15 years in maintenance facilities management of HVAC and Electrical projects
Contractor and service provider experience in facilities management is required
Stores, budget and site maintenance expertise
