Compensation: $150k base salary plus 10-12% annual bonus (paid quarterly), additional retention bonus eligibility

TRS is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join a 24/7 industrial metals manufacturing/processing operation in the northern Spartanburg, SC area. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the direction and coaching of skilled-trades maintenance crews in a non-union facility operating on a 24/7 basis, 365 days per year. Trades managed include electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation servicing and maintaining machinery and equipment, physical plant, and utilities and grounds in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policy and procedures.

Essential Job Duties:
•Directly manages two Maintenance Superintendents with a total maintenance crew of ~60
•Ensures that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently
•Establishes and monitors programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques
•Reviews deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance
•Provides technical guidance for the CMMS
•Maintains and advises on the use and disposition of stock items, surplus items, and rental equipment
•Consults with maintenance craft workers (i.e., mechanics and electricians and other maintenance personnel) on technical problems
•Monitors new tools and technology
•Monitors shop qualifications and quality standards for outside contractors
•Develops standards for major maintenance overhauls and shutdowns
•Makes cost-benefit reviews of the maintenance programs
•Provides technical guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance programs
•Serves as the focal point for monitoring performance indicators from a maintenance perspective
