“TRS is seeking a LEAD MAINTENANCE PLANNER to provide Integrated Activity Planning and Maintenance scheduling process in deliverance accordance to client’s requirements in support of the Duty Holder Assets and Operations & Maintenance contracts for our international client’s project team based in EQUATORIAL GUINEA.”
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the provision of the full suite of Integrated Activity Plans as an enabler to achieve Client business performance targets (Financial, Production and HSE).
- Developing, rolling out and embedding consistent planning processes and procedures for all Duty Holder assets and O&M Contracts across EPS West.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to the incumbent planners and the wider asset team in order to ensure continuous compliance with the requirements of those processes and procedures.
- Manage planning resources across the Duty Holder and O&M Contracts in order to be able to support the provision of other ad-hoc planning requirements including tender submissions, bids, transitions and internal initiatives and business projects.
- Overseeing and driving the transition to Primavera P6 for all asset planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited HNC or equivalent management / technical qualification / related qualification in Planning and Controls.
- Minimum 8-10 years of directly related Offshore operations within an Oil and Gas environment.
- Proven implementation of Integrated Asset Planning Processes
- Proven Leadership, Coaching and Development of Planning Teams
- Proficient in:
- Integrated Asset Planning and Maintenance Scheduling
- Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- The use of Planning Controls from data entry, managing readiness and change control to key performance indicators.
- Offshore operations within an oil and gas environment
- Shutdown, Project, or Drilling Planning.
- Valid BOSIET Certificate.
