Location: Delhi
Reports to: Head of L &OD
Experience: 12 to 14 years
Qualification: Post-graduate preferably in Human Resources, or Engineering / Science

Job Responsibility:
1. Liaise with stakeholders, analyse safety audit data to identify safety training needs at regional levels.
2. Prepare annual safety training calendar to fulfil the current and future safety needs of the organization
3. Conduct health and safety trainings for all employees basis the planned calendar
4. Identification, evaluation, onboarding and program implementation with external capability building partners, as needed
5. Upskilling, monitoring and feedback to safety officers for training non-technical off-roll staff
6. Ensure safety training mandays of the organization are met
7. Plan and prepare internal and external communication on safety capability building and engagement. Ensure timely, engaging
communication and social media updates for all Health and Safety related capability building programs
8. Plan and conduct safety induction for new joinees
9. Develop and update health and safety training content (classroom/e-learning), basis organizational requirement
10. Ensure right configuration of courses and timely updation of learning records in the LMS
11. Draft and ensure compliance to Learning and Organizational Development SOPs. Ensure documentation and records are ready and showcased to auditors, as needed
12. Be an advocate of and enhance employee experience by proactively recommending improvements in processes and policies
13. Maintain safety draining data , MIS and update on a weekly basis.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
1. Specialization/Certification in Safety – Nebosh/OSHA/Safety diploma from a recognised college / university
2. Experience of conducting safety training for all levels of employees – Min 5 years
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety department as safety in charge/ supervisor/ officer / manager
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to develop strong relationships internally and externally
5. Expertise in MS-Office
