We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Reclamation Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale land reclamation operations for energy projects in Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong expertise in reclamation processes, environmental compliance, and project execution, ensuring sustainable and efficient restoration of sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all reclamation activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications.
- Develop and implement reclamation plans, including soil stabilization, erosion control, and revegetation strategies.
- Manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with environmental engineers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to achieve restoration objectives.
- Monitor site conditions and progress, adjusting plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and quality assurance logs.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with reclamation and environmental requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and promote continuous improvement in reclamation practices.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent, master’s degree will be an added value.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Dredging & Reclamation projects on capital dredging, not limited to maintenance dredging.
