We are seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent (Supervision Waterworks) to manage and oversee marine operations for waterworks projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supervising marine assets, ensuring safe and efficient execution of activities, and maintaining compliance with operational and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all marine operations involving multicat vessels to ensure safe and efficient execution of project activities.
  • Oversee vessel positioning, towing, anchoring, and deployment of marine equipment during dredging and reclamation works.
  • Ensure compliance with marine safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor daily marine activities and provide guidance to vessel crews for optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vessels and associated equipment to maintain operational readiness and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with project teams, marine crews, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination of marine operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including vessel performance and project progress updates.
  • Implement emergency response plans and promote a strong safety culture across all marine operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Dredging, Marine - Oversee and manage construction vessels activities.
