KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The Engineer executes the activities with own area of responsibility ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements
Development Technology know how and Commercial support
Feasibility
• Provide technical support
Bidding phase/ Commercial proposal development
• Review technical tender documentation
• Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for inquiry
• Review and make technical evaluation of machinery bids received by vendors
• Prepare material take-off to support construction cost estimate
Project execution
• Support project machinery lead to review contractual technical documentation and requirements
• Support machinery lead in technical negotiation with vendors. Review and supervise subcontracted discipline engineering documents
• Review, mark-up comments and finalise all vendor drawings interfacing with other process or technical disciplines
• Provide support for document management and certified final documentation
Construction and start up
• Assist construction activity providing information and clarification through vendors
• Take part in site supervision, inspection, testing and quality controls
• Coordinate activities for as built drawing
• Assist engineering modifications on site

• Technical software tools and information systems supporting business processes
• Process engineering design
• Machinery design engineering
• Quantity estimation for engineering disciplines
• Technical proposal preparation
• HSE project plan
• Equipment and material testing
• Engineering technical bid evaluation
