TRS Staffing Solutions are pleased to announce the opportunity to work as an Offshore Coordinator, for a Major Offshore Windfarm Developer.
The role will be administration based, working on a long-term contract for a client in Barrow in-Furness.
This Administrator will be required to support the Regional Offshore Coordination Department with routine administration tasks such as:
• Creation and amendment of passenger lists.
• Checking and verification of offshore profiles within the Offshore Management System.
• Vessel onboarding and inductions.
• Administration of vessel DPR's.
• General email management and support.
Desirable Skills & Experience include:
• Previous experience in an administration capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
• IT literate and can pick up new system quickly.
