"TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an OFFSHORE MECHANIC FOREMAN with Deck Equipment, Crane, Pipe Fabrication and relevant equipment experience to join our International Client's Offshore Project team, based WORLDWIDE.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and maintain offshore equipment through coordination of the assigned team, respecting HSE and Quality procedures and practices.
- Manage site equipment, ensuring the continuous operation through ordinary/extraordinary maintenance and repairs, as directed by the Vessel Equipment Engineer (or Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer, if applicable).
- Coordinate the team of Mechanics Offshore during his/her shift, in order to ensure that the work is carried out safely, in compliance with quality requirements and within establish time schedules.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 year’s Offshore experience as an Offshore Mechanic Foreman role.
- Experience with supervising the job of the mechanical team and assisting the Vessel Equipment Engineer
- Experience as foreman for the deck equipment, crane, pipe fabrication and relevant equipment
- Valid OPTI / BOSIET and SEAMAN’s Book
