Description
- Act as the single point of contact for offshore logistics and crew changes, coordinating contractor demands with onshore logistics and ensuring all cargo movement requirements (lifting plans, marking, supervision) are met.
- Support the Offshore Construction Manager by attending daily meetings, aligning and escalating issues, coordinating work priorities and resources, and ensuring tasks are executed safely, on time, and according to project RAMS and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track progress, downtime, SOCs, and ensure documentation is complete and signed; conduct HSE inspections and participate in safety walks when required.
- Monitor contractor compliance with technical, operational, safety, and quality standards, acting on behalf of Quality Management when needed for walkdowns, non-conformance identification, and ITP witnessing.
- Be present during key installation activities, and in case of incidents, capture detailed evidence (notes, timeline, photos) to support investigations led by the contractor.
Experience:
- a minimum of 5-years’ experience of similar services in offshore renewable industry.
- working knowledge of offshore construction contracts with a good understanding of the contractual implications of breakdowns, delays, weather downtime etc.
- profound understanding of offshore operations, in particular offshore lifting operations, offshore substation installation & commissioning works, DP2 and/or jack-up vessel operations
- the ability to read and understand technical documents and observe (offshore) operations and ensure these are carried out according to the contractual requirements (e.g. understanding of reasonable endeavours clauses)
- knowledge about industry standards and regulations, including but limited to International Maritime Organization (IMO) & IMCA guidelines.
- excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with others (shall be fluent in spoken and written English)

- Current valid medical certificate and exams for offshore work according to legal requirements.
