Description
As the Onshore Site Manager Landfall, you will be responsible to support Marshalling Harbour & Interim Transport Package Manager on all logistic relevant topics for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marshalling Harbour & Interim Transport Package Manager by managing day‑to‑day MH operations, including mobilisation, operation, and demobilisation activities with the contractor.
- Lead and manage the site team, ensuring timesheet approval, rota planning, wellbeing, and delegation of responsibilities while maintaining strong HSE and quality culture.
- Coordinate and control all Marshalling Harbour activities, including documentation, customs processes, SIMOPs, and escalation of issues beyond decision authority.
- Report on site progress, risks, costs, and opportunities, while contributing to scheduling, budgeting, technical documentation, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Act as a key operational interface with suppliers, authorities, work packages, and other departments, supporting development of systems, processes, and MH organisational setup.
Key Qualifications
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) minimum
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- All GWO’s including medical with Chester step test would be advantageous
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
- Marine VHF Short Range Certificate would be advantageous
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- (TW) Temporary Works Coordinator certification desirable
This is 10 days on 4 days off shift role (with some on-call out of hours), supported off shift by 24/7 Site Coordinator coverage.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to evidence 7+ years’ work experience in site management, including for offshore wind, combined with strong understanding of team and interface management.
