Job / Position Requisites:


Position Description: • Good Knowledge in operation & Maintenance of GSS equipment’s, Transmission Line, Power Transformers, Inverter Transformers, MV & HV Switchgears (like VCB, SF6 & GIS), PLCC, Substation Automation System, SCADA, NIFPS, RSS, PSS, GSS, Proper knowledge of SLD & Control System.
• To review plant performance on Monthly, quarterly, annual level against model generation, budget generation and designed generation and explain deviations with proper reasons and submit report to regional head
• To perform Plant Maintenance activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and ensure all major incidences are discussed and learning incorporated to improve the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities and report the same on monthly quarterly and annual level.
• To run the business to set profitability targets and take initiatives for improvement and publish deviation reports with explanation to the regional head.
• To ensure high uptime for operational assets through effective preventive maintenance and spares management strategy and to constantly monitor the plant and grid availability and publish timely reports to the management
• To ensure timely completion of all statutory compliance related to plant operations and report completion within timelines
• To ensure applicability of all SHES rules at sites and maintain a record of the same and provide timely reports to the management.
• To constantly monitor the revenue targets provided in Annual Operating Plan and try and take initiatives of exceeding the target.
• To Publish an SLA with the customer on the performance parameters and publish quarterly reports against deviation with reasons.
• To Manage an effective team and cascade organizational culture to each individual and help them showing a career path in organisation.
