You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this very exciting role, the qualified individual will report to the Site HSE Manager. This candidate will be responsible for the execution of technical and functional HSE related tasks, including the implementation of policies, procedures and methods.

Job duties:
- Implements and coordinates programs to reduce and eliminate injuries, illnesses, deaths, environmental damage, and financial losses
- Conducts incident investigations and classifies all incidents in accordance with provincial and federal guidelines.
- Develops, presents recommendations, and communicates to HSE Management to ensure balance between productivity and the safety of team members, sub-contractors, and visitors.
- Maintains liaison with client representatives, company HSE personnel, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitors HSE programs by creating summaries/reports/presentations for HS Management

Qualifications:
-5 to 8 years project HSE experience
-Previous HSE training/ certification
- Good computer skills with advanced use of Excel, word, Lotus Notes, office
-Very good oral and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
