Position Overview

The Construction Coordinator will lead and coordinate project‑related meetings, support tool‑level trade mobilization, and serve as a central organizer among trades, vendors, and stakeholders. This role requires strong field presence, the ability to drive accountability, and expertise in industrial utilities—especially wastewater systems, infrastructure, and process utilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to the schedule; identify, coordinate, and communicate detailed execution plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between tool owners and trades.
• Manage and execute paperwork and requirements tied to construction milestones.
• Walk utility lines, piping, and systems—including wastewater, process water, and industrial utility systems—to verify accuracy during installation or demo readiness.
• Facilitate and actively participate in the RFI process to reduce cycle time and improve solution quality.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused demeanor in all interactions.
• Promote and maintain a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere.
• Perform additional tasks outside typical responsibilities when needed to support project success.
• Resolve field coordination challenges; manage and issue work‑order changes and vendor requests (move‑in/move‑out).
• Participate in design reviews and provide construction‑management input, ensuring proper involvement of all required parties.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

Technical & Work Experience

• Strong understanding of modern construction sequencing and industry standards.
• Familiarity with industrial utilities, particularly wastewater treatment systems, process wastewater piping, lift stations, clarifiers, filtration systems, or similar infrastructure.
• Comfortable working in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to remain in the field during trade activity to resolve issues quickly; escalate concerns when needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and at least 2 years of semiconductor/high‑tech construction experience
OR
5+ years of semiconductor/high‑tech construction management experience.
