Position Overview

We are seeking Project Managers and Project Coordinators to support a variety of industrial and high‑tech construction projects nationwide. You will direct and manage MEP/CSA scope, including tool install, basebuild, budgeting, shipping/receiving, install sequencing, commissioning, and project close‑out. This role requires strong communication skills, schedule management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and trades.


Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management & Leadership

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Interface with purchasing, trades, install superintendents, and facilities management to drive progress.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in real time.
  • Estimate necessary labor and resources to achieve project goals.

Budgeting & Scheduling

  • Draft and submit project budget proposals; recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Identify and manage critical paths and dependencies.
  • Proactively manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Identify and mitigate issues or conflicts within the project team.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and leadership to contractors and team members.
  • Lead lessons‑learned sessions to improve future project delivery.
  • Develop best practices for execution and project management.

Submittals Responsibilities

  • Review subcontractor submittals for compliance with specifications; document and escalate deviations as needed.
  • Track submittal progress, follow up with engineering, and ensure timely approvals.
  • Track material orders and coordinate with subcontractors on delivery timelines.
  • Return submittals requiring clarification and manage re‑submission process.

RFI Responsibilities

  • Review drawing sets and submit RFIs for areas requiring clarification.
  • Process and track subcontractor RFIs using Prolog or similar systems.
  • Address engineering questions related to RFIs.
  • Assist estimators with documentation for purchase orders.
  • Conduct preconstruction reviews and support construction schedule development.
  • Lead weekly project meetings to review progress, material status, RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates.
  • Provide weekly updates to customers on project status.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Semiconductor or micro‑electronics project experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows platforms.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, schedule management, and budgeting abilities.
  • Must perform effectively in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
