TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a PDDM Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control project documents.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and dissemination of project data.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate collaboration among project teams, clients, and contractors using document management systems.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Provide training and support to project team members as needed.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and policies.
- Monitor and report on document control activities and performance.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience and a degree in a related industry.
- Proven experience with Coreworx and Aconex or similar document management systems.
- Strong understanding of document control and data management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document management.
