TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a PDDM Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and control project documents.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and dissemination of project data.
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration among project teams, clients, and contractors using document management systems.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
• Provide training and support to project team members as needed.
• Develop and implement document control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and report on document control activities and performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience and a degree in a related industry.
• Proven experience with Coreworx and Aconex or similar document management systems.
• Strong understanding of document control and data management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document management.
