People Systems/Workday Sr. Consultant

We currently seek a high caliber People Systems/Workday Sr. Consultant for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Los Angeles, CA OR REMOTE from home for the right candidate

 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the technical product suite.
• Manage our new Workday Human Resources technology platform.
• Be the key focal point in shaping the direction of our technology strategy using the new Workday HCM technology platform.
• Liaise with other members of the People Systems team, vendor partners and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIS governance framework
• Support the technical applications of one or more functional areas within People Organization.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system and Taleo Recruitment system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively in teams and as an individual
• Workday Recruiting Configuration position
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HRIS experience in a functional support role with Workday
• Certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting modules A PLUS
• Experience with Workday (HCM) system and Taleo Recruitment system - REQUIRED
