"TRS is urgently looking for a Plant Superintendent & Dispatcher who will be responsible for supervising, collaborating, and cooperating in the management of Operations activities, human resources and, when needed, the contractors, related to MGCS in agreement based in LIBYA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Collaborating and cooperating continuously, during the performance of his duties with, and report to, the Plant (Station) Manager.
• Working within a Permit to Work System according to approved HSE Company procedures.
• Collaborating and cooperating with the Plant Manager in the preparation of O&M plans and schedules.
• Collaborating and cooperating in the preparation of the Company O&M budget and four-year-plan.
• Supervising, monitoring, and controlling all gas transportation and nomination processes even through dedicated software tools (SITE).
• Coordinating gas transportation process with Shippers (Customers), Up-stream and Downstream Operators.
• Collaborate and cooperate to meet assigned gas transportation targets (Gas Transportation Agreement fulfilment).
• Preside and supervising Gas Transport and Gas Dispatching activities.
• Supervising and coordinating all aspects related to the MGCS Gas Metering functions.
• Supervising and coordinating all aspects and activities related to MGCS Control Room Operation.
• Supervising and managing all aspects related to the operation of the SCADA system.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Engineering Degree (Preferred).
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience as Deputy Manager Or Superintendent in Oil & Gas Industry with comparable management responsibilities.
• Fluent knowledge of English (Level A2/B1)
