- Manage maintenance and take lead of R&D capital planning and implementation processes
- Stay up to date on the latest polymer processing technology
- Utilize polymer processing fundamentals to create new resin designs and technology approaches
- Fully utilize statistical and modeling tools to ensure efficient experimental approaches and analysis
- Support knowledge capture and organizational knowledge growth through data summaries, reports and presentations
- Masters in Chemical Engineering or Material Science is required
- Must have in depth polymer processing tools, methods and equipment
- Strong Six Sigma experience required, Black Belt certification is preferred
- Proficient with leveraging statistical tools, modeling and simulation to accelerate learning
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and processes
- Experience in synthetic research laboratory, polymerization reactions specifically
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
