Process Engineer

TRS Staffing Solutions are excited to announce the opportunity for two Process Engineer's to work on a Hydrogen storage construction project. The facility is being constructed in North Rhine-Westphalia.
This contract role will run until 2026.

Your tasks will include:
•Creation of technical tender documents such as specifications and data sheets in compliance with the applicable technical and legal rules, regulations and standards as well as the evaluation of offers and support of the awarding processes with the purchasing department
•Pre-dimensioning, definition and calculation of technical design parameters for containers, heat exchangers and other devices for the working medium hydrogen
•Communication with internal and external interfaces such as service providers and suppliers to clarify procedural issues
•Conceptual design, development and testing of installation plans, flow charts and other procedural documents
•Assistance and participation in HAZOP and SIL events
•Participation in the procedural arrangement and installation planning of the compressor and extraction station of the hydrogen storage facility as well as the cavern spaces for procedural trades
•Supervision and support of the activities to be carried out during the construction phase

Internal processes
• Responsibility for compliance with internal processes and corporate rules

Your Profile
•Successfully completed studies or state-certified technician in the field of engineering specializing in process engineering, plant construction, mechanical engineering, or comparable
•Several years of professional experience in the field of plant construction / process engineering
•Organizational skills, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
•Safe to use in common office applications
•High degree of flexibility combined with willingness to travel on an hourly or daily basis

A plus - not a must
•Knowledge of using CAD programs such as Inventor, AutoCAD Plant 3D
•Knowledge of pipeline construction
•First experiences in the design or operation of hydrogen plants
