In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCm projects in Oil&Gas, Energy, Food and Pharma sector. Who are we looking for?
- Master’s degree in chemical/process Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer (oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors)
- Proven experience with the following HSE in design concepts:
- LOPA/SIL Study
- F&G Design
- Fire protection Design
- Hazardous Area Classification
- Hazop/Hazid
- Dispersion Calculation
- Knowledge of English / Dutch
- In possession of EU driver’s license and EU work permit / EU nationality (NO work permit sponsorship available by client for this position)
What will you do?
Process and HSE in design activities including, among others :
- Drawing up functional specifications for the expansion of existing process installations and related equipment based on an existing (or new) concept.
- Creating functional descriptions of the process via schematic drawings (PFDs & P&IDs).
- Performing
- Conducting risk assessments and participating in process safety studies such as what-if studies, HAZID and HAZOPs.
- Participating in front end engineering and design (FEED) and detailed engineering studies.
- conducting SIL studies to determine the required level of risk reduction.
- designing and reviewing Fire & Gas detection and protection systems.
Contract: Freelancer or employee contract is available.
Duration: Long-term (Staff contract is available)
