Responsibilities
- Handle all procurement steps, from receiving requisitions to sourcing, issuing purchase orders (POs), and completing final reconciliations and close-outs.
- Enter and maintain P2P data in Oracle to support procurement requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requisition details are complete for PO issuance.
- Manage resource requests, awards, and documentation for consultants and staffing firms.
- Work with vendors, procurement leadership, and legal teams to finalize contract terms that mitigate risk and align with corporate objectives.
- Update standard language as needed.
- Provide updates, expedite orders when necessary, monitor vendor performance, and contribute to vendor scorecards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) preferred
- High school diploma required; college diploma or undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Oracle systems
