Computer Skill: MS office and SAP MM module

• Responsible for Strategic sourcing of Bulk Steel & Cement for Solar/Wind Project.
• Evaluating Import /indigenous/local supply options as part of sourcing strategy for cost optimisation.
• Good Exposure of Long Terms Contract /MOU with International / Domestic Supplier (Primary & Secondary Market).
• Having exposure of drafting MOU/Rate Contract / Contract /Agreement

• Review, analysis, and evaluation of Techno-Commercial aspects of RFQ,
• Participate in regular client/vendor meeting to ensure the delivery & quality services are as per Order
• The procurement activities involve Bulk Steel & Cement Procurement on end-to-end basis, negotiations and preparation of comparative
statements and generation of Purchase Orders.
• Commercial Bid evaluation, placement of Purchase order, Liaison with supplier for all relationships to company, arrange inspection,
transportation and Payment Follow-ups & processing of same.
• Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as product quality, timely delivery, credit terms, total
attitude towards business and other related parameters.
• Must be awareness of Rate Contract process.
• Good Vendor Data on International / Domestic Supplier.
