Our local client is one of the largest industrial facilities and international traders of bulk commodities in BC and they are urgently looking for talented professionals who could be a part of their growing team.

The role: Project Administrator (One year contract with possibilities to be renewed/extended based on performance).

Requirements:
• Completed a program in Office or Business Administration.
• 6 years of experience in providing general administrative support to the project engineering team by organizing meetings, meeting intakes, document & data management, purchase order & vendor documentation, assists with event planning and catering, supplies coordination, and office & facility services.
• Successful candidate MUST own and drive a vehicle to travel back and forth to site for organizing events.
• Practical experience in using project management tools such as Sharepoint and JDE .
• Ability to communicate at various levels and stakeholders (verbal and written).
• Articulate, excellent communication skills, strong composure, customer service attitude, and collaborative.
