Job Title: Project Business Analyst

Pay: $30/hr

Summary of Job Duties:
This job requires the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently as there are multiple projects at different locations in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review and approve all capital equipment purchases for coding and taxability
• Understand the function of capital equipment to apply the sales tax exemption certificate correctly.
• Match capital equipment vendor invoices to purchase order.
• Code Vendor invoices with WBS and enter in database.
• Prepare client invoice and enter in Ariba system.
• Book manual invoices in SAP
• Have vendor invoices signed by PM and sent to India for entry in SAP
• Track accounts receivable and release vendor invoices when paid by the client
• Prepare monthly Unrecorded Liabilities
• Review and sign off on all subcontract payments
• Prepare cost and billing reconciliation as needed.
• Reconcile Invoice Database with SAP
• Review and sign monthly financial records
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable weekly cash forecast
• Establish relationships with vendors.
• Establish relationships with engineering leads and Project Managers

Skills:
• SAP knowledge preferred, but not required. Person must be able to learn systems quickly and efficiently
• Microsoft skills required, specifically Excel and some knowledge of Access.
• Adobe Skills for editing and combining pdf files.
• Good Communication and Organization skills.
