Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead civil construction operations including earthworks, concrete structures, drainage, and access roads
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Monitor progress against project milestones and report to senior project leadership
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions swiftly
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, risk assessments, and progress reports
- Liaise with client representatives, local authorities, and stakeholders as required
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects, ideally within energy or infrastructure sectors
- Must have experience working on NEC forms of contract
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and site safety protocols
- SMSTS or equivalent site management certification
- CSCS card (Black or White)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
