Our client a major EPC in the oil and gas sector seek a Project Controls Manager to work on the Valero project in Pembrokeshire

This is a contract role and OUTSIDE of IR35.

Key focus is to drive the subcontractors to provide accurate reports.

You will have knowledge of the following:
Develop and maintain the Project controls program execution across all locations to ensure consistency in procedures,
Develop and maintain progress and performance, schedule, and cost baselines for the project;
Provide timely Performance Assessments for all Project Controls Personnel;
Responsible for all aspects of the Change Management program and system;
Responsible for timely and accurate cost and schedule forecasts using established Fluor practices and processes;
Responsible for timely and accurate financial forecasting for Project(s);
Provide timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities;

You must have experience of:
Proven results of good Project Controls structure and execution on EPCM Projects
Working as a Project Controls Lead on a mega project.
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
Recruiting and developing team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for major EPCs/consultancies such as Wood, Bechtel, KBR, Fluor, Foster Wheeler or Jacobs
