TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Lead role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement a scheduling strategy within the Project Execution Plan.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring regular updates and tracking.
• Create and manage baseline schedules and timelines.
• Provide leadership and training to the scheduling team.
• Monitor and report on schedule variances, proposing mitigation plans.
• Oversee the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for scheduling.
• Manage the schedule change control process.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and report status to management.
• Lead scheduling efforts for project proposals.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling-related contract conditions.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 

• Possession of a bachelor's degree, along with 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the mining industry is a must.
• Proficiency in conveying information clearly to various groups, including but not limited to executives, colleagues, clients, suppliers, contractors, and guests.
• Essential technical expertise required to perform the role effectively.
• Capability to understand and implement knowledge of relevant local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time constraints.
