We currently seek a high caliber Project Coordinator for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Borrego Springs, California.

Job Requirements
The Project Coordinator administers daily operations of project site under the supervision of the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager.

Dedicated and focused Administrative Assistant who excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following to achieve project goals.

Job Duties:
• Coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
• Monitor operations, complete inspections on the field & ensure all productions standard are met.
• Complete document audits to confirm their current and accurate.
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
• Keep records of project/reports/ necessary project files and documents.
• Organize and archive documents.
• Manage resources and information for on-going project.
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
