We are currently recruiting Engineering and Projects specialists within the mining sector to support the delivery of integrated project services across the full project lifecycle. Our focus is on securing highly skilled professionals who can contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable projects and operational outcomes.
As we prepare for upcoming project opportunities and anticipated contract awards, we are proactively building a strong network of specialist talent to ensure readiness to mobilize once work is confirmed.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller to support project teams with effective cost control, financial reporting, and analysis. This role focuses on monitoring cost performance, identifying savings opportunities, and ensuring strong financial governance across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and support corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance insights.
- Maintain cost control registers (commitments, accruals, actuals).
- Validate contractor invoices and ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget adherence.
- Ensure financial processes, controls, and reporting meet governance standards.
- Support stakeholders with financial analysis and commercial advice.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and manage cost risks.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or cost control.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, project environments, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
