Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the project pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Conduct independent technical reviews and ensure quality assurance across all project phases.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Promote the organization’s capabilities through industry engagement, presentations, and publications.
- Mentor and coach technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee proposal development, including writing, reviewing, and approving submissions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Lead the delivery of large-scale transportation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in transportation or municipal infrastructure projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for team development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex engineering solutions and manage technical risk.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with proposal strategy and bid management.
- RAQS qualification is an asset.
