Project Manager: Infrastructure Programs
Location: Remote (North America) with travel as required
Start Date: September 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a portfolio of infrastructure upgrade, retrofit, and capital improvement initiatives across operational facilities in North America.
The successful candidate will lead complex multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
This opportunity is well suited for professionals with experience managing capital projects within infrastructure, utilities, energy, industrial, engineering consulting, construction, or EPC/EPCM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure, facility upgrade, retrofit, and brownfield projects through all phases of execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, risk, and change management activities.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and reporting processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction, operations, and stakeholder teams.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with established objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and execution challenges.
- Support governance reviews, executive reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with quality requirements.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
- Drive collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and business functions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure, engineering, industrial, utility, or capital projects.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center experience.
- Brownfield or retrofit project experience.
- Mission-critical facility experience.
- Utilities, power, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, mining, or energy sector experience.
- EPC or EPCM project delivery experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
- Experience managing medium to large capital projects.
