Here is an exciting opportunity to join an Engineering Consultancy in Calgary as a Project Manager! You would be working within a growing team with projects worldwide. The successful candidate for this role will be working within the energy and petrochemical sectors establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines for all related project activities. The Project Manager will deliver projects to the safety, quality, value and timeline guarantees that the contract ensures.
Job Duties:
- Lead small and large capital projects up to $300M
- Demonstrate innovation, initiative, maturity and sound judgement
- Ensure that project requirements for safety, quality and productivity are met in all locations managed by the company where project work is being performed
- Maintain effective client relations that result in active cooperation, prompt payment, and if possible, the award of follow-on work
- Establishing and defining the project organization, defining the project staffing requirements, and coordinating staffing with supporting organization managers
- Accredited degree in applicable field of study
- Professional Engineer Certification, P.Eng is preferred
- Significant experience of project management experience within EPC’s
- Successful project delivery as a Project Manager on large capital projects
- 5+ years of experience
