Project Manager

Our local construction client specializes in turnkey design/build construction, managing all phases of your project from start to finish from discovery to delivery, with single-point responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage budgets, schedule of values, construction schedules, projections, etc.
• Work in an office environment, not on-site
• Extensive customer interface – negotiation of changes/ project updates/ resolution of construction issues/ etc.
• Subcontract creation and negotiation
• Management of design teams
• Supervision of on-site personnel and Assistant PMs
• Knowledge/experience in navigating permitting process for local AHJs
• Monitor and issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Turnkey Industrial & Commercial construction project experience
