Responsibilities:


Should have experience in Project Management activities in Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
To manage and mentoring the team assigned to the project, in order to execute and to complete assigned projects within the time and scope with client.

Maximize efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs and contingencies.

Assess Project Ricks and Issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Vendor management, selecting, coordinating, negotiating with vendors/ supplier of materials.

Co-ordination with other departments as per requirements for smooth flow of work

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project Schedules, project work Hours, Budgets and Expenditure of projects.
Creation of project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

Determining project changes.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each Goals and Objectives.
