The company specialised in high end projects such as Palaces, luxury residences, retail stores and hotels. The success of the company is built on quality and a great reputation built over the years. This is a permanent position based in South West London.
As Project Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that the works are carried out to a high quality standard and within programme
• Managing site teams / resources across various projects to ensure works are delivered on time
• Client facing, ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Reading and understanding the client’s drawings and programme, preparing the companies subprogramme to meet these requirements or identify issues
• You will be working with spreadsheets and doing document control
• Calling off materials from GJ workshop for delivery to site as required
• Ensuring GJ works are carried out safely and that our work areas are tidy
• Writing method statements and risk assessments as required
• The Project Manager takes the project from order to final account Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of construction and a strong commercial acumen.
It is desirable to that you have worked on luxury high end buildings or a related interiors sector (eg. Ceilings, dry lining, contracting etc)

The office is based in South-West London and you will be spending your time between the office, central London site locations.
