Project Manager, Reclamation

We have a new and exciting opportunity!

Our client, an Environmental Consultancy is looking for a Reclamation Project Manager to join their team in either Grande Prairie, Sherwood Park, or Northeastern British Columbia to work on projects within Western Canada. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in the industry, with knowledge of current provincial and federal legislation in site assessment processes. This role will be mostly office based with some time in the field.

As a Project Manager, this individual will assess project requirements for the development of work plans, development of cost estimates for projects like remediation and compile data collected.

Your scope will be responsible for developing multiple project plans for projects in Phase I, II and III remediation and reclamation assessments, ground water, slope stabilizations etc, and provide detailed site assessments to manage the client portfolio. Preference to consulting on both greenfield & brownfield, urban, agriculture, municipal projects as this role will grow into other areas of business.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma, and eligibility for membership in a relevant professional organization such as AIA, ASPB, CAPE or APEGA
• 3-5 years of relevant environmental site assessment and remediation experience in a consulting environment is preferred
