We are currently recruiting Engineering and Projects specialists within the mining sector to support the delivery of integrated project services across the full project lifecycle. Our focus is on securing highly skilled professionals who can contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable projects and operational outcomes.

As we prepare for upcoming project opportunities and anticipated contract awards, we are proactively building a strong network of specialist talent to ensure readiness to mobilize once work is confirmed.

We are looking for a skilled Project Planner to develop and manage project schedules for medium-to-large-scale projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate planning, monitoring progress, and supporting successful project delivery through effective scheduling and reporting.   This role is based in Johannesburg. Seize your chance and apply today!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases.
  • Update schedules regularly, ensuring alignment across contractors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze risks impacting timelines and develop mitigation plans.
  • Produce clear, accurate schedule reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project teams, cost engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct site verification to validate progress against plans.
  • Support schedule optimization and resource planning.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:      
  • Diploma with a qualification in Project Planning/Scheduling preferred.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in construction or engineering project environments.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, critical path, and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
