The Opportunity
Our client, a leading general contractor is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join their team in Calgary, AB. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to further progress their careers within the construction industry. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in leading the development of biddable and winning tenders. They will have a strong desire to join a profitable and stable organization with lots of opportunity for future growth and career advancement.
Responsibilities:
The role will entail detailed analysis of RFQ/RFP/EOI documents ensuring they are compliant, technically sound and complete submissions. Your role will involve initiating strategic start -up meetings, project research, utilizing external resources for proposal content and presentation materials. The ideal candidate will have strong grammar, PowerPoint presentation, social media, and marketing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in English, Technical Writing, Marketing, Journalism or related education with experience.
- Technically skilled in both content and developing marketing materials.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
