About the Client
Position Overview
Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred. Candidates with exposure to semiconductors or life sciences facilities will also be considered favorably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout all project phases.
- Oversee the development, review, and approval of engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Drive engineering excellence through quality control, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff to enhance team capability and performance.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 15–25 years of overall experience in engineering roles within EPC or related industries.
- Specialized Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center projects (preferred).
- Experience in semiconductor or life science facilities is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage complex engineering workflows and deliver high‑quality outcomes under tight timelines.
