About Job

As a Quality Engineer he will be responsible for material inspection of complete Value chain not restricted to Solar PV Cell, PV Module, Electrical Equipment in Solar & Wind Power Project.

Required Keyskills:-

Quality Control Management Quality Assurance Process Audit.
Quality control PV Module Factory & Witnessing Routine & type/Special Testing.



Job Responsibility


 Responsible of Quality Assurance and Control, Starting from Incoming, to In Process and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Cell & PV Modules & all associated Peripherals.

 Preparing critical dimension checklist, Ensure the highest quality standards for products manufactured, Establish adequate process controls and ensure strict compliance
Implementing process control charts and QC checklists at 3rd party manufacturers through Online/Visual inspection.

 Quality control of Input Raw materials-
o Cell such as Wafers, Ribbon etc
o Module such as wafers, cells, backsheet, EVA, frames, bypass diode, connecting Lead etc.

 Take up work related to line production/set up (if required), Provide daily report through inspection reports, charts, analysis etc, Supporting production on new product release trials, specifications etc.

Electrical Equipment in Solar & Wind Power Project

 Responsible of Quality Assurance and Control for
o Power Equipment like Transformer, Cable, Switchgear etc,
o Conversion equipment like Solar Inverter, Wind Converter etc.

 Vendor technical Due Diligence by Product and process audit at their work to ensure the process and product quality at each stage of Solar PV manufacturing process & measure the process performance.

 MIS Preparation and ISO Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
