Having an excellent opportunity to work for one of the world’s fastest gowring and admirable organisation in Power and Renewable industry for Quality Manager position for their upcoming project in Rajasthan.
Brief Description
Education- B.E/ B. Tech (Electrical)
Experience – 10 Yrs, Solar Exp- 2-3 Years, Solar Ground mount - > 100Mw, Knowledge of Solar Project Quality Process – Ground mount Solar, Control Quality for Cable laying, Inverter duty transformer, Inverter, HT Panel, Switchyard Equipment, Identification of Non-Compliance with respect to Approved drawing.
The major responsibilities are:
Managing QA QC on site on the project
Reporting quality levels back to the end client
Monitoring quality control and quality assurance.
Have worked in a quality management or quality supervisor role before on a solar PV project
Understand quality procedures for a solar PV
• Lead meaningful change to optimize and drive all aspects of Quality. Lead Quality strategy/road map development and implementation with special focus on cost, production, service and change management.
• Be an agent of change to deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability to reduced effects and improve response time while attaining world-class levels of quality.
• Lead all employees to be connected to cross-functional Process Improvement initiatives, which impact the business in Defect Reduction, Cost Reduction, Loss Avoidance, Revenue Enhancement, and Increased Customer Satisfaction.
• Implement Key Performance Indicators(KPI), establish baselines, and drive improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.
