- Recruitment Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Manage logistics for recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- ATS Administration and Audit:
- Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Sourcing Passive Talent:
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
- Initial Phone Screens and Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required skills and experience.
- Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for further consideration by local recruiters.
- Collaboration with Local Recruiters:
- Work closely with local recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.
- Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.
