Revit/CAD Structural Modeller

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Revit/CAD Structural Modeller to work for our client’s team. Our client is a leading global consultancy specializing in innovative infrastructure and mobility solutions. Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Plan and manage drafting/modeling tasks to align with project schedules, milestones, and deliverable timelines.
• Evaluate emerging tools and design technologies.
• Coordinate models with structural, civil, and other technical teams to ensure consistency and smooth integration across all project disciplines.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior modellers and designers, supporting their growth in advanced modeling and documentation practices.
• Promote digital best practices by applying established information management standards and supporting continuous improvements in modeling procedures.
• Lead the creation, refinement, and quality review of 3D structural models and drawing packages for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project-specific BIM workflows and digital execution strategies to support multidisciplinary design efforts.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 

• 10+ years of experience in civil or structural design, with a focus on transportation-related structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, including experience delivering complete 3D models and construction documentation for bridges, retaining walls, or similar civil structures.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D and complementary design platforms.
• Proven ability to lead others, communicate effectively, and provide technical mentorship within a project team environment.
• Familiarity with recognized BIM and information management standards (e.g., ISO-based frameworks).
• Strong understanding of how engineering principles are applied within digital models and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated experience establishing BIM processes, including the development of BIM Execution Plans for multidisciplinary projects.
