"TRS has an urgent requirement for a RIGGING SUPERVISOR / LEAD to join our client’s Offshore project team based in EQUATORIAL GUINEA.”

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating and managing the daily rigging operations adhering to stringent SHE procedures.
• Development of lifting plans and risk assessment.
• Organization and operation of cranes, managing offloading cargo from vessel and locating all equipment and material safely to site.
• Supervision of multinational rigging teams.
• Provision of lifting, handling of equipment to the project team workforce to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Promote lateral learning of best practices and implement competency training for National employees.
• Audit of lifting equipment.
• Development programs for Nationalization of Equatorial Guineans.
• Subsea umbilical and flow line change-out.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 8-10 years’ Offshore Rigging Supervisory experience.
• Valid BOSIET (Non-Negotiable).
• Recent Offshore, Oil and Gas Industry experience.
• Familiar with and ability to respond/escape emergencies on offshore facilities and water entry/survival.
