An opportunity to work with an American international technical professional services firm. The company provides technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting for a broad range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and government agencies. Brief Description
- Minimum Experience – 22 years,
- Undertake Role on an appropriate multi discipline project (Specialty chemicals /paints/ paper & pulp/ industrial sector)
- Keep up to date with latest industry practices, codes & standards like API, ISO, ASME
- Responsible for the preparation of Design Basis and approval of all Static and Rotary equipment and Utilities like Centrifugal Pumps, PD Pumps, Boiler, Condensate recovery, Steam Auxiliary Systems, Nitrogen generation System, Hot Oil Heater system, Air compressors, Chillers, Cooling towers, Agitators, Water Treatment System, etc.
- Sizing / Design of Steam, Hot water and compressed air system including P&IDs for Industrial projects (Tyre manufacturing, Packaging film manufacturing etc)
- Leading and Guiding Team of Engineers
- Carrying/Checking of Technical bid analysis and issue to Client. Discussion and agreement with client on the same.
- Review and approve all static, rotary and package equipment Vendor drawings and ensure that the quality of design is of satisfactory standard.
- Coordinate with all disciplines for ensuring the package battery limits and incorporation of Vendor data.
- Getting prepared deliverable index for Static, rotary and packages, indicating planned issue date for each deliverable. Update and reissue monthly.
- Responsible to monitoring and controlling budget, generating timely change notice and completing Project within allocated budget.
- Responsible for conducting Capex. and Opex. life cycle analysis for the Utility Packages with various options to present cost-effective option to the Client. Good knowledge on latest technology and development in the market for Utility & Rotary Equipment. Costing knowledge will be added advantage.
- Responsible for overall technical management / co-ordination on orders for Utility/ Rotary /Package equipment This includes technical management / co-ordination with other engineering disciplines for data related to agitators, instruments, civil loading, foundation bolts etc.
